Welcome to DuoMart. By browsing or making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products:
All items are custom-designed and crafted to high-quality standards. However, slight variations in wood texture or finishing may occur naturally from piece to piece.

2. Orders:
Orders are confirmed only after finalizing all details with the customer (dimensions – colors – address – payment method). We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in case of errors or execution constraints.

3. Pricing & Payments:
Listed prices include only the product cost unless otherwise specified. We accept bank transfers, electronic wallets, and Instapay. A 10% deposit is required to confirm any order.

4. Delivery & Shipping:
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt within 3 to 7 business days depending on the area. DuoMart is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers after dispatch.

5. Return Policy:
Since products are made-to-order, returns or exchanges are not accepted after confirmation unless there's a proven defect reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Data Protection:
