Return Policy

At DuoMart, each item is crafted uniquely for you. However, we understand there may be rare situations where a return is necessary. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Eligible Returns

  • Returns are only accepted in case of a clear manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.
  • We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, preferences, or minor natural wood variations.

2. Reporting Period

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Clear photos must be sent via WhatsApp or email.

3. Product Condition

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and not altered in any way.

4. Return Process

  • Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange return shipping.
  • DuoMart will cover the return shipping cost only if the fault is on our side (manufacturing or delivery damage).

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made pieces that were completed as agreed.
  • Any item that has been used or modified after delivery.
