At DuoMart, each item is crafted uniquely for you. However, we understand there may be rare situations where a return is necessary. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Eligible Returns
- Returns are only accepted in case of a clear manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.
- We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, preferences, or minor natural wood variations.
2. Reporting Period
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Clear photos must be sent via WhatsApp or email.
3. Product Condition
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and not altered in any way.
4. Return Process
- Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange return shipping.
- DuoMart will cover the return shipping cost only if the fault is on our side (manufacturing or delivery damage).
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made pieces that were completed as agreed.
- Any item that has been used or modified after delivery.
